Isoëtes boliviensis U.Weber, Hedwigia View in CoL 63: 247. 1922.
Range:— Northern Peru to Bolivia (CO, LP).
Ecology:— Fairly common; submerged aquatic, amphibious, or emergent, in permanent or seasonal pools to 0.5 m depth, marshes, and wet meadows, unlike other species of Isoëtes , sometimes in turbid water; perhaps an annual; 3600–5000 m.
Notes:— Megaspores 0.38–0.46 mm in diameter, smooth to minutely tuberculate or cristate; microspores 26–40 μm long, verrucate; 2 n =22.
