Diagnosis. Vertex green or brownish; pronotum and scutellum brown. Fore wings greenish and translucent ( Lee 1970; Anufriev et al. 1988). Male pygofer lobe ventral process with ventral tooth at middle of edge; apex unbranched and curved; appendages of anal tube wide, extended to posterior margin ( Anufriev et al. 1988).
Measurements. Body length 6.5–7.5 mm ( Lee 1970).
Host plants. In broad-leaved and mixed forests on Ulmus ( Anufriev et al. 1988)
Distributions. Russia (Primorskiy kray, S. Kurile Isls), Korea (North), Mongolia.
Remarks. This species was recorded from North Korea by Nast (1972) for the first time, however, we could not examine the species due to lack of specimens.
