Holcopasites minimus ( Linsley, 1943) *

As with other species in this genus, Holcopasites minimus is a brood parasite on bees in the subfamily Panurginae ( Michener 2007) . This species represents a new record for the BCP. We examined one female collected in La Giganta Ranges at Vic. Est. Microondas “Ligui”, 48 km S Loreto in September 1977 captured in the same sampling event as the H. insoletus records (LACM).
