Hexapopha hone Platnick, Berniker & Víquez, 2014: 12 View in CoL , figs 61–86 (Male holotype and female paratype from Hone Creek, Limón, Costa Rica, PBI_OON 29669, deposited at Instituto Nacional de Biodiversidad , Santo Domingo, not examined); WSC 2021.
Diagnosis. Males resemble to those of H. reimoseri and H. osa by the presence of a proximal subtriangular projection on the conductor ( Platnick et al. 2014: figs 21, 105) but can be distinguished from them by the narrow endite’s P2 ( Platnick et al. 2014: fig. 64). Females differ from those of other species with U-shaped postepigastric scape fused to a broad postepigastric plate (longer than wider or nearly as long as wide) (H. una sp. nov., H. baehrae sp. nov. and H. brasiliana (Bristowe) , Figs 7G–H View FIGURES 7 ; 62G–H View FIGURES 62 ; 68G–H View FIGURES 68 ) as follows: from H. una sp. nov. by the genital duct narrow, situated on the anterior portion of the postepigastric plate (wide, almost reaching the posterior portioin of postepigastric plate in H. una sp. nov.); from H. baehrae sp. nov. and H. brasiliana by the recurved arms of Tshaped genitalic process (procurved in H. baehrae sp. nov.; straigth in H. brasiliana ). They also resemble those of H. reimoseri , H. osa and H. jimenez by the internal copulatory opening, positioned under the epigastric plate ( Platnick et al. 2014: figs 59–60, 94–95, 120–121) but can be distinguished by the postepigastric plate as long as wide ( Platnick et al., 2014, figs 85–86) (wider than long in H. reimoseri , H. osa and H. jimenez ).
