Re-description. Male. Head with frons dull with dense white pollinosity. Face white, without hairs, not reaching lower eye margin, middle part narrower than postpedicel width. Postocular setae black. Proboscis yellow. Palpus silvery-white, with black hairs and 1 black seta at apex. Antenna ( Fig. 7 View FIGURE 7 F) black. Postpedicel obtuse apically, slightly shorter than wide. Stylus placed on dorsal side of postpedicel, with short hairs. Ratio of 1st and 2nd segments of stylus 2.4: 5.9. Ratio of postpedicel length to width and stylus length: 2.3: 2.8: 8.3. Thorax green with metallic tinge, without pollinosity. Pleura yellow, with dark metallic green spot under wings. Propleuron with 1 black seta below and group of yellow hairs above. Scutellum bare above, with 2 strong black lateral setae and small marginal hairs. Legs yellow, tarsi darkened at apex. Segments of tarsi simple, not widened. Fore femur with several small preapical inner hairs. Fore tibia without long apicoventral seta, with 1 anterodorsal and 2 short posterodorsal setae, with row of small anteroventral hairs in upper 2/3. Ratio of length of fore tibia and tarsomeres (from 1st to 5th): 4.4: 2.6: 1.6: 1.3: 0.9: 0.6. Mid femur with 1 preapical outer seta above and 1 preapical inner seta. Mid tibia with 2 long and 1 short anterodorsal setae at base, 2 posterodorsal and 1 anteroventral setae. Tarsomere 1 of mid tarsus without setae. Ratio of length of mid tibia and tarsomeres (from 1st to 5th): 7.4: 3.8: 2.1: 1.7: 1.2: 0.8. Hind coxa with 1 black outer seta. Hind femur with 1 preapical outer seta. Hind tibia with 3 long anterodorsal, 4 long posterodorsal and 2–3 short anteroventral setae. Ratio of length of hind tibia and tarsomeres (from 1st to 5th): 8.9: 2.8: 2.9: 2.1: 1.3: 0.9. Tarsomere 1 of hind tarsus with 1 long and several short ventral setae. Wing darkened, most intensively on anterior half. Costal vein without thickening at tip of R1. Ratio of costal section between R2+3 and R4+5 to that between R4+5 and M1+2—2.3: 0.6. R4+5 and M1+2 convergent apically. Ratio of m-cu to apical part of M3+4—1.6: 2.3. Anal angle obtuse. Calypter yellow with black cilia. Halter yellow. Abdomen metallic green, with black setae and hairs, abdominal tergites 1 and 2 with yellow spots laterally, abdominal sternites and abdominal segment 8 yellow. Epandrium ( Figs 7 View FIGURE 7 A, C, D) yellow, oval, longer than wide. Cercus curved, yellow with darkened apex, phallus black. Cercus longer than wide. Female. Face broader. Abdominal tergites 1–4 with yellow spots laterally. Abdominal sternites 1–4 yellow, abdominal segment 5 green. Length (mm): body: 2.4–2.6, wing: 2.5–2.8.
