SYNONYM(S): Eusemia adulatrix Westwood, 1881 ; Xanthospilopterux completa Jordan, 1913 .

DISTRIBUTION: Botswana, Democratic Republic of Congo, Malawi, South Africa, Tanzania, Zambia, Zimbabwe.

LOCALITY IN ZAMBIA: Lusaka, in Lusaka Province; Victoria Falls Region, in Southern and Western Provinces .

LARVAL HOSTPLANT(S): Larval foodplants include one Vitaceae species, Vitis vinifera L.
