Type:— SOUTH AFRICA. Eastern Cape: Farm Harvestvale, near Alexandria [QDS: 3326CB], 1940, G.G. Smith 3420 (holotype NBG0112024!; isotype NBG).

Distribution: —It is only known from near Alexandria, Eastern Cape, South Africa.
