Male body length = 1.42 mm (n = 1).
This is similar to H. bini , an Afrotropical species with slight variations such as presence of sparse setae on metapleuron and irregular longitudinal costae medially on T1 with smooth area between costae.

Diagnosis
This species is distinct in having pairs of foveae (predominantly) between longitudinal costae on T2.
