Comments.

The transfer of this species to Hadronotus makes the replacement name unnecessary. However, it should be noted that the generic placement of Gryon longipenne (Dodd) is dubious and that it could be transferred to Hadronotus in the future. In this case, the replacement name would be reinstated, making this species Hadronotus masneri ( Özdikmen).
