Tinea 18: 57. TL: Thailand, Loei. [OPU, Japan].
Diagnosis. The male genitalia are similar to those of F. forficatella Park but can be easily distinguished by the shorter, very stout fork-shaped median lobe of the juxta. The female is as yet unknown.
Adult ( Fig. 3 View FIGURES 2 – 15 , paratype in CIS). Wingspan, 10.0–12.0 mm.

Material examined. 2♂ (holotype and paratype), Loei, Phu Run, ca. 800 m, 15–19 VIII 1987, gen. prep. no. CIS-5013. The holotype is in the OPU and the paratype is in the CIS.
Distribution. Thailand.
