Distribution. From Maryland and Texas to northern Florida, U. S. A.
Notes. Rehn (1909) annotates: “This species, which has previously been recorded only from Georgia and Florida, is known as a Cuban insect on the basis of three females from Cabañas… ”. The presence of this North American species in Cuba should be confirmed with new collections.
