SYNONYM(S): Neurosymploca nigromarginata Bethune-Baker, 1911 ; Epizygaena occidentalis Hering, 1929 ; Zygaena tricolorata Westwood, 1881 .
IUCN STATUS: Not Evaluated (NE).
DISTRIBUTION: Angola, Botswana, Democratic Republic of Congo, Mozambique, South Africa, Zambia, Zimbabwe.
LOCALITY IN ZAMBIA: Chingola, in Copperbelt Province.
LARVAL HOSTPLANT(S): Host plants of the taxon include a Celastraceae species ( Maytenus senegalensis ) in Zimbabwe. No host plants of the taxon are known in Zambia.
