Diagnosis. cf. E. betanimenus .
Description. Gauld & Mitchell (1978).
Host records. Mythimna sp. (new host record) and Sesamia calamistis ( Lepidoptera : Noctuidae ).
Comments. Mythimna loreyi is not reported in Reunion ( Martiré & Rochat 2008). Cirad’s host record (below) might be a misidentification with another, local, Mythimna species.
Distribution records. Reunion (new record).Widely distributed throughout subsaharan Africa, including Madagascar and Mauritius ( Gauld & Mitchell 1978).
