( Fig. 2 View FIGURE 2 )

Description. Female. Micropterous; length 3.9 mm. Completely testaceous-ferruginous. Antenna geniculated, filiform, without rhinaria, shorter than head + mesosoma + metasoma (50:63); antennal segments in following proportions: 30:6:13:12:12:12:12:11:10:13. Head ( Fig. 2 View FIGURE 2 A) shiny, alutaceous, covered with short hairs, unsculptured, with dorsal side flat; anterior region of dorsal side little tapering; occipital carina complete; ocelli absent; eye ( Fig. 2 View FIGURE 2 A) small, approximately 0,17 as long as head (6:35); region of face from clypeus to antennal toruli with two hardly visible, incomplete, convergent longitudinal and median sutures. Maxillary palpi 5- segmented; labial palpi 2-segmented. Third segment of maxillary palpi broadened. Pronotum shiny, alutaceous, covered with short hairs, with two fine lateral incomplete carinae beginning at posterior border and reaching about 0.7 × length of pronotum; anterior collar very short; disc long, without median longitudinal groove; pronotal tubercle reaching tegula. Scutum very short, subrectangular, alutaceous, without tracks of median furrow. Notauli absent. Parapsidal lines present near lateral margins of scutum. Scutellum subcircular, alutaceous ( Fig. 2 View FIGURE 2 B). Metanotum very short and transverse ( Fig. 2 View FIGURE 2 B). Meso-metapleural suture complete. Mesopleuron and metapleuron shiny, smooth, unsculptured. Propodeum shiny, with dorsal surface weakly granulated, not rugose, with spiracles normally prominent, with two lateral pointed apophyses on sides of posterior surface; dorsal surface with little deep median depression situated at border between anterior and posterior surface ( Fig. 2 View FIGURE 2 C); dorsal surface without two lateral carinae connecting spiracles to pronotal tubercles, by running laterally to metanotum, scutellum and scutum. Posterior inclined surface of propodeum shiny, smooth, unsculptured, except some transverse striae near posterior apex. Fore wing strongly reduced, slightly longer than tegula, reaching the depression at anterior border of propodeum. Hind wing absent. Petiole short. Tibial spurs 1/2/2.
