Type material. HOlOtype, male, Baiping, ROngshui, Guangxi, 3 Aug. 2015, cOll. Zhilin Chen. Paratype, 1 female, Yangmeichang , ROngshui, Guangxi, 10 Aug. 2015, cOll. Li Han.

Description. Male. BOdy medium-sized. Fastigium verticis narrOw, apex Obtuse, very faintly furrOwed On dOrsal surface; separated frOm fastigium frOntis by a gap. PrOnOtum with disc flattened in pOsteriOr area, lateral angles appreciably cOnstricted befOre the middle, then gradually expanding backwards, anteriOr margin truncate, pOsteriOr margin brOadly rOunded, median carina weak, principle transverse sulcus Y-shaped; lateral lObes distinctly lOnger than deep, anteriOr margin cOncave, ventral and pOsteriOr margins mOderately rOunded; humeral sinus distinct.

Tegmina surpassing apices Of pOstfemOra, brOader than the length Of prOnOtum, apices rOunded; radius sectOr branching in the middle Of tegmen and with 3 branches at distal part Of Rs, withOut Other stems behind Rs On radius ( Fig. 8 View FIGURE 8 H); stridulatOry areas Of left and right tegmina with internal margin mOderately prOjecting, prOximal part Of MP+CuIP vein behind stridulatOry area curved Outwards, width Of the area Of left tegmen abOut 2.2 mm ( Fig. 5 View FIGURE 5 C– D); stridulatOry file 3.1 mm lOng, mOderately curved, with abOut 90 teeth, basal twO thirds with 73 teeth densely arranged, apical third with 17 teeth widely spaced ( Fig. 7 View FIGURE 7 D).

All femOra dOrsally smOOth, with a lOngitudinal grOOve On ventral surface; prOcOxae unarmed, prOfemOra with 11 ventrO-internal spines and 3 ventrO-external spines; prOtibiae with 1 dOrsO-external spines, 9 ventrO-internal and 7 ventrO-external spines; mesOfemOra with 11 ventrO-external spines; mesOtibiae with 4 dOrsO-internal spines, 11 ventrO-internal and 12 ventrO-external spines; pOstfemOra with 3 ventrO-external spines; pOsttibiae with numerOus spines On dOrsal and ventral surfaces. All genicular lObes with 2 spines.

Tenth abdOminal tergite slightly prOlOnged, pOsteriOr margin truncate. EpiprOct narrOw, deflexed in basal third, then directed backwards, lateral margins parallel, with a median furrOw, pOsteriOr margin truncate; cerci cOnical, distinctly lOng, slightly curved inwards, with an apical spine ( Fig. 6 View FIGURE 6 N, O); subgenital plate lengthened, basal area brOad, central and apical areas narrOw, slightly curved upwards befOre the middle, apical third split lOngitudinally, lateral lObes expanded ventrally, apices Obtuse ( Fig. 6 View FIGURE 6 M, P); genitalia with a lOng, sheet-shaped, median sclerite, directed backwards, denticulate On margins, and the median sclerite surrOunded by membranOus lObes ( Fig. 6 View FIGURE 6 M).

Female. General appearance is similar tO male. Cerci cOnical, apices acute; subgenital plate with distal third triangularly nOtched, apical lObes acute ( Fig. 6 View FIGURE 6 Q); OvipOsitOr falcate, slightly curved upwards, mOre than half Of dOrsal margin and apical part Of ventral margin serrulate.

Color. BOdy brOwn. Fastigium verticis, Occiput, disc Of prOnOtum, dOrsal areas Of tegmina, all legs and apices Of cerci dark brOwn; tegmina with veins dark brOwn, and light brOwn dOts in the cells.

Measurements (mm). BOdy: male 23.0, female 22.5; bOdy with wings: male 50.5, female 50.0; prOnOtum: male 5.4, female 5.0; tegmen length: male 37.0, female 38.5; tegmen width: male 7.7, female 6.8; prOfemur: male 9.8, female 10.0; mesOfemur: male 12.5, female 13.0; pOstfemur: male 25.0, female 26.5; OvipOsitOr: 9.0.

Etymology. The name Of new species refers tO the elOngated male abdOminal terminalia.

Remarks. The new species resembles Elimaea (Rhaebelimaea) tympanalis ( Matsumura & Shiraki, 1908) in male cerci cOnical, distinctly lOng, slightly incurved, with an apical spine; subgenital plate lengthened, lateral lObes expanded ventrally. But the species can be easily distinguished frOm the latter in male epiprOct with lateral margins parallel and pOsteriOr margin truncate; genitalia with characteristic median sclerite; Rs braching in the middle Of tegmen; Occiput, disc Of prOnOtum, dOrsal areas Of tegmina, all legs and apices Of cerci dark brOwn.
