Subgenus Eckfeldapis Lut , new status
The subgenus includes Electrapis (Eckfeldapis) electrapoides (Lut) and E. (E.) prolata Wappler & Engel from the Lutetian Eckfeld Maar, and at least one undescribed species from the Green River Formation (Engel, pers. obs.).
