Etymology. The species name refers to the primitive (“old fashioned “, in Latin: priscus) structure of T7 and its gland.

Diagnosis. From all other species of the subgenus distinguished by the characteristic shape of the T7 gland in the male, and the mesally fused basivalvular sclerites in the female.

Description. Size. Length of pronotum in male 1.86–2.14 (2.02 mean) mm, in female 2.18–2.50 (2.35 mean) mm.

Male structures. For the description of T7 and its gland see under characters of the subgenus ( Figs. 11D View Fig , 23A, B View Fig ). Glandular pores in small numbers present only laterally on T2–6, in greater numbers mesally on T8–10.

Female structures. For the description of the genital sclerites see under characters of he subgenus ( Figs. 11O, P View Fig , 23C View Fig ).

Colouration. Pattern similar as in preceding species, but dark markings less extended and in less intensity ( Figs. 11 View Fig A–I, L–N).

Distribution. Eastern part of the High Atlas mountain chain (Fig. 29).
