Remarks. Valid species described from Australia ( King 1853a).
Distribution. “Worldwide, at warm latitudes” ( Smirnov 1996); common in the Oriental zone (e.g., Maiphae et al. 2005).
Dunhevedia interrupta Brehm, 1936
Type locality. “Ebenda”, Kashmir , India ( Brehm, 1936) .
Indian records. Jammu and Kashmir — Brehm (1936).
Remarks. Junior synonym of D. crassa ciliocaudata (Sovinsky, 1891) (Michael & Sharma B.K.1988) . The diagnostic characters of Brehm’s (1936) taxon fall within the variability ranges of D. crassa .
