[ Holotype: CASC; ♂ Riverside , California, USA; March 27, 1939]

This species occurs in California, USA and BC, Mexico. It was first recorded by Cockerell (1941) in the Coastal Sage Matorral at Santo Tomas in March 1941. See fig. 191 .
