Type locality and data. “ Peru ” (T, A, MD) .

Material examined. Coquimbo: 1♂, Haciend Illapel, 11.XI.1954, Leg. L.E. Peña ( CNC) .

World distribution. Peru and Chile.

Chilean distribution. Only recorded in Coquimbo region ( Fig. 39 View FIGURE 39 ).

Altitudinal range. From coastal to precordillera ecosystems (500– 1,800 m.a.s.l.).

Biology and notes. Dolichogyna pennipes is here reported from Chile for the first time. Nothing is known about the biology of this species.

Conservation status. DD; AOO = 2 km 2 and one locality (or subpopulation).
