Diversibipalium contortolineatum Solà & Sluys , sp. nov.
Material: Holotype, RMNH.VER.21030.a (field number RS581.2), Tandu Batu, limestone outcrop near Sukau, Kinabatangan Valley , Sabah, Malaysian Borneo , 5º36’14.4’’N 118º20’24.00’’E, 19 April 2016, coll. Kasper Hendriks, Leonel Herrera Alsina and Giacomo Alciatore. The tip of the tail was used for DNA extraction. GoogleMaps
Paratypes, RMNH.VER.21030.b (field number RS581.1), ibid .; RMNH.VER.21030.c (field number RS581.3), ibid . In specimen RMNH.VER.21030.b (field number RS581.1), a pharyngeal portion was cut off for DNA extraction, while in specimen RMNH.VER.21030.c (field number RS581.3) the tip of the tail was cut off for the same purpose. At this moment, histological sections of these animals are unavailable and, thus, there is no information on the anatomy of the reproductive apparatus.
