Figs 55, 56, 95, 119, 175, 202, 242

Description. Holotype FEMALE. Fore wing 12.5 mm.

Head. Ventral tooth of mandible approximately as long as dorsal tooth. Clypeus apical area delimited by smooth border; apical area exceptionally wide ( Fig. 119); clypeal margin with two tiny but distinct teeth. Antenna with 25 flagellomeres; white band starting at flagellomere V; 4 flagellomeres at least 50% white.

Mesosoma . Mesopleuron with fine pubescence, about 90% of cuticular surface visible. Subalar prominence narrow and more or less elongate. Sulcus between sternaulus and scrobe conspicuous and complete. Posterior transverse carina of mesosternum absent. Lower metapleuron finely and densely transversely rugulose, matt ( Fig. 175). Propodeum: area in front of anterior transverse carina distinctly alutaceous, medially without ridges extending from carina towards anterior margin. Propodeal apophyses developed as long and narrow scale-like structures (that is, with distinct area). Posterior transverse carina somewhat distinct between scales, nearly straight and transverse, similar in shape to anterior transverse carina. Area between transverse carinae transversely striate-rugose; area behind posterior transverse carina laterally obliquely striate-rugose, medially transversely striate-rugose. Fore wing in Fig. 202; vein 3-Cu 1.46 length of 4-Cu. Hind wing in Fig. 242.

Metasoma. Postpetiole dorso-anteriorly weakly concave, forming shallow depression; dorsolateral and median dorsal carinae absent; petiolar spiracles in dorsal view not prominent. Ovipositor 1.48 length of hind tibia. Apex of lower valve with 13 teeth.

Color. Reddish brown with yellow and black marks. Lateral pattern as in Fig. 55. Orbital band forming complete ring, width on supra-antennal area and temple 0.25 of interocular distance, twice as wide on gena. Occiput with dark brown mark dorsally. Supraclypeal area mostly yellow, except wide orange brown stripe around clypeus, including clypeal suture. Clypeus yellow, except black apical area. Mesosoma dorsally reddish brown, except as follows. Pronotum dorsally along anterior margin with yellow stripe interrupted medially and at epomia. Propleuron, mesosoma dorsally, and all of propodeum ( Figs 55, 56) without yellow marks. Wing membrane light amber, centrally with fuscous transverse spot. All trochanters dark brown; fore and mid trochanters with apical yellow ring. All femora yellowish brown, hind femur on apical 0.3 becoming gradually dark brown towards apex. Fore and mid tibiae light brown. Hind tibia dark brown, except basal end pale yellow. Fore tarsus brown. Mid t1 between basal 0.4 and apical 0.1 whitish; t1 otherwise and entire t2–5 dark brown. Hind t1–3 yellow or pale yellow, except t1 on basal 0.2 dark brown; t4–5 missing. Metasoma dorsally brown, except as follows (Fig. 95). Petiole reddish brown; postpetiole almost entirely yellow. T2–3 basal half dark brown, apically with wide transverse yellow stripe, on T3 yellow medially narrowest, with irregular margin. T4–T8 apically yellow, as narrow stripe on T4– 6 and T8, covering 45% of T7, medially widely interrupted on T5–6; areas between yellow marks dorsally from medially dark brown to laterally orange brown.

Morphological variation. Fore wing 11.2–12.5 mm. Ovipositor 1.48–1.53 length of hind tibia. On the paratype, apex of lower valve with 12 teeth. Occiput entirely dark brown. Pronotum with yellow stripe not interrupted at epomia. Scutellum antero-laterally with distinct yellow spot on each side. Wing membrane with distinctly darker amber tone than on holotype. Hind femur mostly dark brown. T3 yellow stripe of uniform width; area between yellow marks on T2–7dorsally almost entirely dark brown, suddenly changing to orange brown laterally.

MALE. Unknown.

Comments. This is the only species showing, at the same time, fore wing with a fuscous spot and clypeal margin with two teeth; D. banius and D. meridensis also have a spot on the fore wing, but their clypeal margin shows only one tooth.
