Material examined. 1♀, AM 23, South Africa, Gauteng, Krokodilspruit, 25°35’12,5”S 28°25’42,9”E, reared on Combretum zeyheri (Combretaceae) , 6.xi.2017 em. (A. & I. Sharp) (gen. slide 211/19, O. Bidzilya) ( HSS).
Biology. The larva was recorded feeding on Combretum zeyheri (Combretaceae) in late October. Adult emerged 6.xi ( Staude et al. 2020: 56). Previously the larva was recorded feeding on Combretum sp. ( Meyrick 1909a: 17).
Distribution. South Africa ( Meyrick 1909a: 17), Mozambique ( Janse 1954: 412).
