Material examined. Chungju-si (36°57′36.5″N, 127°55′ 22.1″E), Korea; from reservoir; collected by GS Min on 7 October 2022 .

World distribution. Cosmopolitan.

Diagnosis. Body transparent and conical shape, 280 - 310 μm in length. Back arched in latera view. Corona with long cilia and located on the anterior margin of head. Dorsal antenna on neck region. Lateral antennae located posterior third of trunk. Foot short, with two toes. Two toes symmetrical and slightly curved ventrally. Trophi malleate. Fulcrum short and stubby. Rami rhomboid with several teeth on the inner margin. Each uncus with 10 - 11 distinct teeth.

Remarks. The morphological characteristics of the Korean specimens generally correspond to those described in previous studies, but there are differences in the direction of the toe tips and the number of unci teeth when compared to those studies ( Koste, 1978; Jersabek and Leitner, 2013).
