Distribution in Iran. Golestan ( Samin et al. 2011).

General distribution. Mediterranean area, Turkey.

Biology. It has similar habits to C. cinereus ( Schedl 1946) . Recorded in Iran from Pinus pinea (Pinaceae) ( Samin et al. 2011).
