Diagnostic characters: The male imago can be separated from other members of the genus by having inferior volsella a rounded strongly projecting simple lobe; anal point short with few and weak setae ; wing with anal lobe, Cu1 moderately sinuous and megaseta dentate.
Remarks: The species is known from Micronesia, Bonin Is., Guam and Belau.
