Male: Bodylength 3.0– 3.2 mm.

Head: Eyebare, lowerposteriormarginnotconcave; fronsabout 0.28–0.30 ofhead inwidth; fronssparselycoveredwithlightgreypruinosity; frontalvittablack, about 3.0 timesaswideasfronto-orbitalplate; frontaltrianglewithgrey-yellowpruinosity, situated onupper 1/3 offrons; lunuledarkbrown, sparselycoveredwithgreypruinosity; ocellar setashort, aslongas 4/5 offronswidth; innerverticalsetaabouttwiceaslongasouterver- ticalseta; 3 pairsof fr, themiddlepairshortandsmall; orbitalseta 1; parafacialwithlight greypruinosity; parafacialabout 2/5–1/2 ofpostpedicelwidth; distalmarginofpediceland postpedicelyellow, postpedicelabout 3.0–3.5 timesaslongasbroad, anteriorlowermargin asarightangle, firstandsecondpartsofaristayellow; aristaentirelycoveredwithshort hairs, thelongesthairsabout 1.2 timesaslongasbasaldiameterofarista; epistomanot projecting; frontalanglesituatedinfrontofvibrissalangle; genaabout 1/7 ofeyeinheight; genalhairs, epicephalonhairsandpostgenalhairsblack; genawithlightgreypruinosity; occiputwithgreen- greypruinosity; prementumblackandshining, about 3.0 timesas longasbroad; palpusorange- yellow, subequalinlengthtoprementum; labellumabout 1.2 timesaslongaswidthofprementum.

Wings: Hyaline, veinsbrown; basicostayellow; costalspinedistinct; costareaching thetipofM; R4+5 andMstraight, parallel; calyptersyellowish; lowercalypterslightlyshort- erthanuppercalypter; haltereyellowish.

Legs: Yellow, foretibiawith 1 median p, 1 preapical d; midfemurwith 2–3 av inbasal 1/3, 4 a and 3 pv inbasalhalf, 1 preapical a; midtibiawith 1 submedial ad, without pd and pv; hindfemurwith 1 subbasal av, 1 submedial av, 1 preapical av, 1 supramedial pv, long andlarge, about 1.2 timesaslongastibialdiameter, 1 subbasal pv, 1 preapical pv; hindtibia with 1 submedial av, 1 median ad, 1 preapical d, without pd,withoutapical pv; apicalpart oftarsinotwidened; tarsilongerthantibiae; clawssubequalinlengthtopulvilli, about 3/5 offifthtarsomereinlength.

Abdomen: Oviformindorsalview; abdominalsegments 1+2–3 yellow, tergites 1+2 and 3 eachwithapairoflightorangetoorangespots; latero-ventralsurfaceoftergite 4, latero-ventralsurfaceandposteriormarginoftergite 5 yellow, mostofdorsalsurfacedark black, withgreypruinosity, eachwithapairofblackbrownspots; posteriormarginalsetae ofeachtergiteweak; tergite 3 withapairoflateralsetae; tergites 4 and 5 eachwithtwo pairsoflateralsetae; sternite 1 bare; abdominalsyntergosternite 7+8 darkbrown; termina- liayellow; distalpartofsternite 5 reachingbasalpartofcerci.

Female: Unknown.

Etymology: Thisspeciesnamereferstothemaleaedeaguswhichisstrongandbroad.

Diagnosis: Thisspeciesresembles Coenosiaconica CuietLi, 1996, butit differsbydistalmarginofpedicelandpostpedicelyellow, anteriorlowermarginofpostpedicelasarightangle, aristaentirelycoveredwithshorthairs, the longesthairabout 1.2 timesaslongasbasaldiameterofarista, palpusorange- yellow, ial 0+1, lowercalypterslightlyshorterthanuppercalypter, foretibia with 1 median p.
