[ Holotype: CASC; ♀ Guadalupe Point , Concepcion Bay, Baja California Sur, Mexico; June 17, 1921]
This species was described by Cockerell (1924) based on one female collected in Concepción Bay in the Gulf Coast, BCS. We reviewed two specimens collected in August 1966 in the Gulf Coast (1 ♀) and Sarcocaulescent Shrubland (1 ♂; EMEC). The CARCIB team collected one female in the Vizcaíno Desert in August 2016.
