Distribution. Central region of Sri Lanka: Kandy (for coordinates see Table 1, for the map see Figure 3 ).

Habitat. Rainforest.

Notes. Lamellate Sri-Lankan twighopper has been reported once since the description (Sandrasagara 1950), also from the type locality—Kandy ( Hancock 1904). Specimen(s) in the Colombo Museum, Sri Lanka (Sandrasagara 1950) should be studied and digitalized.
