Gressitt, 1942b: 366 (orig.: Chlamys chujoi , replacement name for Exema sexcostata Chûjô nec Lacordaire); Chûjô, 1956: 159–160 (as Chlamisus chujoi ).

Syn.: Exema sexcostata Chûjô, 1940: 279 (type locality: Mt. Rara-San , Formosa).

Distribution. China ( Taiwan).
