Description
Female. Body length 1.5 mm, fore wing length 1.9 mm ( Figure 1 View Figure 1 (a)).
Head. 1.7 × as wide as long, 1.2 × wider than mesoscutum in dorsal view. Eyes 3.7 × longer than temple in dorsal view. Temple smooth, with dense setose punctures, strongly constricted behind eyes in dorsal view ( Figure 1 View Figure 1 (b)). Ocelli relatively large, distance between fore and hind ocellus indistinctly (1.1 ×) longer than minor axis of a hind ocellus, POL:OD:OOL = 1.0:1.0:2.3. Frons flat and polished. Vertex between eye and hind ocellus shiny and smooth with setose punctures, an indistinct dark line present joining the middle of posterior ocelli and occiput. Face ( Figure 1 View Figure 1 (c)) smooth, finely evenly punctate, densely setose, indistinctly convex medially, transverse, 1.2 × wider than high. Clypeus 2.3 × wider than medial length, sparsely setose medially. Length of malar space slightly longer than basal width of mandible. Antenna ( Figure 1 View Figure 1 (d)) indistinctly longer than body, with scape, pedicel and 1 st, 2 nd, penultimate and ultimate flagellomeres 1.5, 1.7, 5.8, 5.3, 1.1 and 1.8 × longer than wide, 1 st nearly 1.2 × longer than 2 nd, flagellomeres following 4 th abruptly shortened, half or less length of 4 th flagellomere, 5 th flagellomere with acute tooth ventro-apically.
Mesosoma. Length:width:height = 1.7:1.0:1.2. Mesonotum ( Figure 1 View Figure 1 (e)) a little obscure anteriorly with fine sparse setose punctures, notauli distinct and crenulated in anterior half, absent in posterior half, indistinctly punctate along posterior margin. Scutellar sulcus slightly curved, narrow and uncrenulated. Scutellum very shiny, smooth with setose punctures as mesonotum, hind depressions large and oval, interspace 0.14 of minor axis of the depression. Propodeum ( Figure 1 View Figure 1 (j)) shiny, with distinct median carinae reaching beyond costulae, anterior part with rugae along the median carinae, and wrinkles present laterally, posterior parts polished except few short transverse rugae present, anterior part 2.5 × longer than median length of metanotum. Mesopleuron ( Figure 1 View Figure 1 (f)) highly polished, impunctate.
Legs. Hind femur 3.8 × as long as its widest part. Length of hind femur:tibia:basitarsus = 1.9:3.0:1.0. Basitarsus of hind leg 0.7 as long as tarsomeres 2–5.
Wings. Fore wing ( Figure 1 View Figure 1 (g)): pterostigma relatively large, 2.7 × as long as its widest part, vein 1-R1 0.6 of pterostigma length; vein r:2-SR:2-M = 1.0:5.4:2.2, 1-SR:1-M = 1.0:4.8, 1-CU1:2-CU1 = 1.0:1.8; first discal cell of fore wing 1.2 × wider than high. Hind wing ( Figure 1 View Figure 1 (h)): vein M+ CU:1-M:r-m = 2.0:2.6:1.0.
Metasoma. As long as mesosoma. T1 ( Figure 1 View Figure 1 (k)) smooth, spatula-shaped, 2.2 × as long as its subapical maximum width, narrowed antero-medially. T2 3.0 × wider than median length. T3 1.7 × longer than T2, T3–T5 desclerotised, longitudinally striate medially. Hypopygium not reaching apex of metasoma. Ovipositor sheath ( Figure 1 View Figure 1 (i)) half as long as hind basitarsus, with long and short setae apically.
Colour. Brown ( Figure 1 View Figure 1 (a)), except apex of abdomen and head in dorsal view darker brown. Palpi and spurs pale yellow. Antenna brown, except apical 5 flagellomeres white. Wing membranes hyaline, slightly infumate, pterostigma, veins r, 2-SR, 1-SR, 1-M and 1- CU1 darker brown, other veins light brown.

Variation
Specimens from Brunei are lighter, with carinae on the anterior lateral propodeum, and ovipositor sheath longer or nearly as long as hind basitartus.
Distribution
MALAYSIA: (Borneo: Sabah, Sarawak); BRUNEI.
Etymology
The specific name ‘ albantennalis ’ derives from the Latin ‘album’ and ‘antennalis’, referring to its white apical flagellomeres.
Remarks
This species is similar to C. taiwanica ( Papp and Chou, 1996) but differs in the following characters: vein 1-R1 present, 0.6 of pterostigma length (vein 1-R1 absent in C. taiwanica ); eyes 3.7 × longer than temple in dorsal view (1.8–2.0 × in C. taiwanica ); and penultimate flagellomere 1.1 × longer than wide (2.2–3.3 × in C. taiwanica ).
