Range: —Central Ecuador to Bolivia ( CH, CO, LP, SC, TA), Argentina, and southern Brazil.
Ecology: —Very common, epiphytic or in rock crevices; (600) 1500–3400 m.
Notes: —This species belongs to the Campyloneurum angustifolium complex. The rhizome scales with iridescent cell lumina easily distinguish it from congeners in the complex.
