Distribution:— Asia-Pacific, the eastern Himalayas, northeastern India and throughout Southeast Asia to the islands of the southwestern Pacific.

Reported from Kachin and Rakhine states by Kress et al. (2003: 65), but we have not seen any material from these areas.

Distribution:— Myanmar and western Malesia.
