TYPEMATERIAL — Holotype female( MNHN),PapuaNewGuinea.ProvinceMadang,MountWilhelm(-5.731961,145.2522) 700 m, 29-30/10/2012, leg Keltim, Uma, Novotny, Leponce, Plot 4, understorey, Malaise, MAL-MW0700D-05/16-d05.

DISTRIBUTION — Papua New Guinea.

DIAGNOSIS — Metasoma dark brown, first tergite longitudinally strigose, gena concave, strongly protruding and striate postero-ventrally.

DESCRIPTION (Holotype) — FEMALE: body length 3.5 mm, length of fore wing 3.2 mm. Head. Damaged antennae: 24 remaining antennal segments, third antennal segment without placodes on its inner side, F1/F2 = 1.60; length of first and second flagellomeres 2.50 and 1.50x their width, respectively; shape of first flagellomere trapezoidal; maxillary palp 0.80x height of head; ED/TD = 1.6; OOL:OD:POL = 6.00:3.00:4.00; vertex partly rugulose; frons densely punctate; face and clypeus convex, densely punctate; gena strongly concave and protruding postero-ventrally, with transverse rugae starting from occipital carina; face and frons with short, dense erected yellowish setae directed upward; MS/BM = 2.50. Mesosoma. HMS/LMS = 0.64; side of pronotum smooth, shortly and weakly crenulate medially, with short striae ventrally; epicnemial area rugose-areolate; precoxal sulcus complete, transversely rugose; remainder of mesopleuron smooth; metapleuron with small area smooth and sparsely punctate medially, rather flat, rugose ventrally; mesoscutum densely setose; lobes of mesoscutum densely and coarsely punctate anteriorly, sparsely punctate and shiny posteriorly; scutellum smooth, shiny, sparsely punctate, rather flat; propodeum largely reticulate-rugose, more finely anteriorly, mid-longitudinal carina weak and irregular anteriorly. Legs. Hind coxa smooth; length of femur, tibia and basitarsus of hind leg 1.50, 5.70 and 5.70x their width, respectively; length of hind tibial spurs 0.25 and 0.30x hind basitarsus.

Wings. Fore wing: r:3-SR:SRl = 8.00:16.00:38.00; SR1 weakly concave; 1-SR+M strongly sinuate; r oblique; 1-CU1:2-CU1 = 12.00:20.00; 3-CU1 oblique, distinctly shorter than m-cu; 2-SR:3- SR:r-m = 9.00:15.00:10.00. Hind wing: M+CU:1- M:1r-m = 25.00:18.00:8.00. Metasoma. LT1/WT1 = 1.50; surface of first tergite coarsely reticulate-strigose longitudinally, rather flat, dorsal carina bordering the basal smooth depression and meeting at 0.35 length of first tergite, shape of first tergite subparallel; laterope present; second and following tergites smooth except the few small puncture basally on second tergite; second suture absent; second tergite without sharp lateral crease; length of ovipositor sheath 0.14x fore wing, with short triangular white scale apically. Color. Dark brown; scapus and pedicel, face except median round patch, ventral half of head, inner side of fore femur, mesosoma ventrally rufous-brown; legs yellowish with large brown patches; mesosoma, scutellum black; palpus, veins dark brown; wing membrane weakly infuscate, subhyaline.
