Paraxonopsis inferorum (Motaş & Tanasachi, 1947)

Axonopsis (Brachypodopsis) inferorum— Pešić et al. 2010, p. 76.

Remarks: Paraxonopsis inferorum is intermediate species between the subgenera Brachypodopsis (no development of cauda in male) and Paraxonopsis (one pair of glandularia between IV-L insertion and the genital field) ( Pešić & Gerecke 2003). In Gerecke et al. 2016 ' key for axonopsin genera it is treated as member of subgenus Brachypodopsis and the weight is given to the glandularia character, not to development of cauda in the male. Nobody has ever discussed this necessary change which is tackled in this paper for the first time.
