Ashmeadiella (Arogochila) breviceps Michener, 1939 View in CoL

[ Holotype: CASC; ♀ Cathedral City , Riverside Co., California, USA; April 10, 1936]

This species is found in the deserts of northern Mexico and the southwestern USA. This species was previously reported by the BBSL in the Lower Colorado Desert in March of 1976. Additionally , we reviewed two females collected in the Lower Colorado Desert in April 1939 ( CASC). See fig. 235.
