Cirthoceratites – Deshayes, 1838-RegAnim: pl. 12, figs 3, 3a, 4, 4a. Subsequent incorrect spelling of Cyrtoceratites Goldfuss , in Hoeninghaus, 1830, which may be a senior synonym of Archiacoceras Foerste, 1926 ( Sweet 1964: K312).
