Description. ♂. Fully winged; body length 2.4–2.6 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna brown, except scape and pedicel testaceous; mesosoma and metasoma black; legs testaceous, except metacoxa partly black, stalk of metafemur brown, distal half of metatibia brown. Antenna filiform; antennomeres in following proportions: 9:5:6:6:6:7:6:6:6:10. Head dull, granulate and reticulate rugose (in specimen from South Africa, 27°19.818’S 32°44.792’E, area in front of anterior oclelus punctate, unsculptured among punctures, not rugose); frontal line incomplete, shortly present in front of anterior ocellus (in specimen from South Africa, Butterfly Sanctuary, frontal line complete); occipital carina complete; POL = 6; OL = 4; OOL = 7; OPL = 4; TL = 3. Mesoscutum shiny, granulate, with posterior region punctate and unsculptured among punctures (in specimne from South Africa, Pietermaritzburg, Hilton, anterior third of mesoscutum slightly rugose and lateral regions of propodeal declivity slightly granulate; in specimen from South Africa, Butterfly Sanctuary, mesoscutum punctate, unsculptured among punctures, except narrow rugose stripe near anterior margin). Notauli incomplete, reaching about 0.3–0.4 × length of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum and metanotum shiny, smooth, slightly punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Metapectal-propodeal disc reticulate rugose, with strong transverse posterior keel; propodeal declivity reticulate rugose, with two longitudinal keels and median area sculptured by areolae less wide than those of the lateral areas. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein much shorter than proximal part. Paramere ( Fig. 35E View FIGURE 35 ) without distal inner process and without proximal membranous process. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
