Remarks.—A primarily green species with fuscous markings that is the largest known member of the genus. Body length is about 39–41 mm, wingspan is about 75.5–78 mm ( Boulard 1980b).
Distribution.—The species is known only from Madagascar ( Duffels & van der Laan 1985; Sanborn 2013). Boulard (1980b) reported the species from Maroantsetra, Fenerive, Saint Marie Island, and Ambodivoangy, surroundings of Maraontsetra, all in eastern Madagascar.
