Description, male. Body length 3.15 mm. Head and mesosoma black; wings sub-hyaline; metasoma dark castaneous. Head wide. Flagellomeres short, with sparse and short setae. Mandible very narrow, curved, and with teeth equally wide. Median clypeal lobe angulate, long. Frons coriaceous . Antennal scrobe ecarinate. Eye large. Frontal angle of ocellae forming right angle; ocelli large. Vertex straight. Pronotal disc as long as wide, strongly coriaceous ; transverse pronotal carina complete; with posterior pronotal sulcus. Notaulus very narrow. Mesoscutellar sulcus narrow. Metapectal-propodeal disc long; metapostnotal median carina complete; longitudinal ridges absent; metapostnotal-propodeal suture straight; paraspiracular carina present and conspicuous; metapleural carina present and conspicuous; metapectal-propodeal disc with short striae; propodeal declivity strigate. Mesopleuron with anterior fovea closed; mesopleural fovea opened; lower fovea opened; posterior fovea absent; mesopleural suture opened. Forewing with stigma developed; Rs&M vein not distinguished. Mesotibia not spinose. Claws trifid. Metasomal segments glabrous. Genitalia. Basiparamere as long as paramere; paramere wide, rounded, with ventral margin convex and dorsal margin straight, and with basal portion angled, sparsely setose; basivolsella with apical excavation at inner margin; cuspis with arms short, with basal projection at inner margin, dorsal arm wide; aedeagus with basal portion angled and slender, and apical portion as long as basal and swollen; apodeme slender.

Remarks. This new species differs from A. inconspicuus by having the antennal flagellomeres short; the clypeus with the clypeal carina lower than frons level; the antennal scrobe ecarinate; the frontal angle of the ocellar triangle forming a right angle; the ocelli large; the vertex straight; the transverse pronotal carina present; the metapectal-propodeal disc long; the mesopleuron with the lower fovea opened; the basivolsella with an apical excavation at inner margin; the cuspis with the ventral arm with an inner expansion; and the aedeagus with the basal portion angled and slender, whereas A. inconspicuus has the antennal flagellomeres long; the clypeus with the clypeal carina higher than frons level; the antennal scrobe carinate, but weak; the frontal angle of the ocellar triangle acute; the ocelli small; the vertex convex; the transverse pronotal carina absent; the metapectal-propodeal disc short; the mesopleuron with the lower fovea closed; the basivolsela uniform; the cuspis with the ventral arm without an inner expansion; and the aedeagus with the basal portion convex and wide.
