Host associations in Iran. Nipaecoccus viridis on Citrus spp. and Morus alba (Asadeh & Mossadegh 1991, 1993; Noyes & Hayat 1994; Baniameri & Mossadegh 1998a, b; Novin et al. 2000; Hesami & Fallahzadeh 2005), Maconellicoccus hirsutus on Morus alba (Fallahzadeh & Hesami 2004; Fallahzadeh et al. 2007; Ebrahimi 2014); Planococcus ficus on Vitis vinifera ( Fallahzadeh et al. 2011) .
Distribution in Iran. Khuzestan (Asadeh & Mossadegh 1991, 1993; Noyes & Hayat 1994; Modarres Awal 1997; Baniameri & Mossadegh 1998a, b; Novin et al. 2000), Tehran ( Noyes & Hayat 1994), Fars (Fallahzadeh & Hesami 2004; Hesami & Fallahzadeh 2005; Fallahzadeh et al. 2007, 2011; Ebrahimi 2014).
