Description. General coloration pale yellow, with dorsum shiny. Crown slightly produced apically, with irregular milky yellowish patches anteriorly and at both sides of midline. Eyes light brown. Face comparatively short, with whitish yellow and irregular hypodermal ivory markings; frontoclypeus and anteclypeus broad and inflated. Pronotum and scutellum whitish yellow with ivory markings; anterior and lateral margins milky white; median stripe of scutellum yellowish; scutellar suture prominent. Forewing slender, with apical portion light yellowish hyaline; clavus and basal portion shiny yellow. Second sternal apodeme in male with posterior lobes well developed, extending to 5th sternite.
Male genitalia. Pygofer lobe almost straight dorsally, with caudodorsal margin roundly produced and concave at middle; dorsal appendage long, extending beyond hind margin of pygofer lobe; ventral appendage strikingly long, gradually narrowed and pointed apically, armed with several teeth on dorsal side of subapex, with 3 rigid setae at base. Subgenital plate with a row of rigid microsetae along upper margin, with 3 macrosetae on outer surface. Style with large preapical lobe, with truncate apex. Connective broad, stem depressed, with long arms and broad median lobe. Aedeagal shaft straight dorsally, with prominent median constriction ventrally in lateral view; subapical processes directed laterad and gently pointed, apparently shorter than level of shaft tip in caudal view; gonopore apical, on ventral side.
Length. Male 3.2−3.4mm, female 3.4−3.6mm.
Type material. Holotype male, Korea, Jejudo Province: Hallasan , 17.VI.2016, Y.J. Kwon ; Paratypes, 3 males and 3 females, same data as holotype .
Distribution. Korea (Jejudo).
Etymology. This species is named to the type locality Jejudo Island, Korea.
Host Plant. Unknown.
Remarks. This species is similar to Alnetoidia (Alnetoidia) cedrelae Chou & Ma, 1981 , but can be distinguished from the latter by the aedeagal shaft having a medial constriction ventrally in lateral view, and having a pair of relatively long and narrow subapical processes.
