Biogeographic province: Transmexican Volcanic Belt. Sierra Madre Oriental. Chihuahuan Desert.
Habitat: Soil, litter and moss. Pinus cembroides leaf litter. Organic matter ( Aquila chrysaetos canadensis nests). Pinus hartwegii soil.
