Ajancingenia yanshini gen. nov. n. comb.
Synonyms: Ingenia yanshini Barsbold, 1981 preoccupied by Gerlach, 1957
Diagnosis: Distinguished from all other oviraptorids by the following characters: manual digit I subequal in length to digit II; manual ungual I more than 100% larger than ungual II (also in Nemegtomaia barsboldi ). Differs from Heyuannia huangi in more elongated manual phalanx I-1 (extending almost to distal end of II-1); ischium reduced relative to pelvis, lacking distinct tab-like obturator process; articular contributes to posteroventral margin of mandible in lateral view ( Barsbold, 1977; Barsbold et al. 1990; Wang et al. 2013). Differs from Nemegtomaia barsboldi in phalanx II-2 shorter than II-1; metacarpal III subequal in length to metacarpal II; well-developed brevis shelf subequal in length to preacteabular portion of ilium; dorsal margin of ilium slightly convex, gently sloping downward posteriorly.
