Description. Body length (including forewing): ♂ 5.2 mm. Male coloration ( Figs 17–19 View FIGURES 17 – 26 ) predominantly orangeyellow, with a broad longitudinal marginally serrate black band extended from apex of crown to end of forewing, forewing also with apical black markings, upper margin of face with a roundish median black spot. Upper part of frontoclypeus strongly tumid with a sharp median keel ( Figs 18, 19 View FIGURES 17 – 26 )

Male pygofer ( Figs 20, 21 View FIGURES 17 – 26 ) sclerotized with ca. 8 macrosetae along caudal margin; sclerotized ventral process broad and parallel-sided in basal half, distal half abruptly narrowed and bent posterodorsad. Subgenital plate ( Fig. 26 View FIGURES 17 – 26 ) slightly compressed in distal half, lateral margin unevenly tapered, with 8 macrosetae in ventral row extended nearly to apex. Aedeagal shaft ( Figs 24, 25 View FIGURES 17 – 26 ) straight, strongly depressed; in lateral view slender and parallel sided through most of length with apex strongly curved posteroventrad and bearing pair of slender dorsoapical processes and pair of broad ventroapical processes together forming hoodlike structure with truncate, minutely serrate ventral margin and ventral surface with numerous denticuli; in posteroventral view broadly ovoid with pair of long robust lateral processes arising near apex and curved ventrolaterad along shaft margin, distal processes convergent.
