SYNONYM(S): Pseudometa scythropa Hering, 1928b .

DISTRIBUTION: Cameroon, Democratic Republic of Congo, Gabon, Ghana, Nigeria, Zambia.
LOCALITY IN ZAMBIA: ‘Lusaka’, in Lusaka Provimce.
LARVAL HOSTPLANT(S): Larval foodplants include Pinus patula Schiede ex Schltdl. & Cham. (Pinaceae) and Terminalia sp. (Combretaceae) .
