Material examined (in LÖBL 1982 ). Iran, Guilān Prov., Gaduklah, Gandar Pahlevi ( MHNG).

Distribution. Azerbaijan; Croatia; Herzegovina; Hungaria; France: Corsica; Iran; Israel; Italy; Montenegro; Romania ( LÖBL 2004).

Comments. The species was reported from Iran by LÖBL (1982). Though widely distributed in southern Europe , it is known from few localities and is poorly represented in collections.
