Material examined: China: Yunnan: Jinghong County, Forest Park , 2 males, 800 m, 26.VII.2004. Jie Wu leg.

(IZ-CAS); Jinghong County, Forest Park, 1 female, 800 m, 24. VII.2004. Jie Wu leg. (IZ-CAS); Guangxi: Napo County , Defu Country, Shuiyuanlin Reserve, 1 male, 1400 m, 5.IV.1998. Hai-Sheng Zhou leg. (IZ-CAS). Remarks: This species can be distinguished from S. zhangyejunianus Lv et Zhou , sp. nov. by the following characters: elytra spot smaller and aedeagus ( Figs. 23A View FIGURE 23 & 24A View FIGURE 24 ) more slender.
