Material examined: China: Guangdong: Chebaling Nature Reserve. 6 males, 9 females, 365 m, 25.VII.2008 . Mei-Ying Lin leg. (IZ-CAS); Chebaling Nature Reserve, Xianrendong, 1 female, 500 m, 23.VII.2008. Zhuo Yang leg. (IZ-CAS); Danxia Shan, 1 female, 86 m, 28.VII.2008 . Zhuo Yang leg. (IZ-CAS); Shixing County, Chebaling , 1 male, 365 m, 27.VII.2008 . Hong-Bin Liang leg. (IZ-CAS); Hunan: Guidong County, Bamian Shan , 1 female, 1399 m, 11.VII.2008 . Mei-Ying Lin leg. (IZ-CAS).

Remarks: We firstly found this species in Guangdong and Hunan. This species resembles S. zhangyejunianus Lv et Zhou , sp. nov in most aspects, but can be distinguished from the former by larger elytra spot, punctures of elytra less confluent and aedeagus ( Figs. 15A & 16A ) robust.

Distribution. China (Guangdong, Hunan, Jiangxi).
