Rapuntium flexuosum Presl (1836: 23) .

Distribution:— Lobelia flexuosa inhabits the southern transition zone between the Madrean and Madrean Tropical regions in vertical cliffs above permanent bodies of water and on slopes around seep areas of pine-oak forests in the Sierra Madre Occidental. The species has an elevational range from 80 to 2670 m ( Figure 1 ).
